Dunkin'

Went there for a frozen coffee and didn’t realize till I got to the bottom that they had blended a bottle cap into my drink which was hidden by the coffee. There were like 100 little pieces of plastic ground up and several big pieces. Contacted both Dunkin corporate and the franchise owner multiple times before I finally got a response which was we’re sorry here’s a $20 gift card. Have heard nothing since despite repeated attempts and request to check the video footage and find out how this could’ve happened. Shameful!

Order two nutty pumpkins with one cream they came out we tasted them. It tasted like pure sugar and cream.! Gave me some story about that they clean their creamer and everywhere else I get it, including here. It looks darker and taste more like coffee because they don’t clean the creamer.??? What???? Asked her to add more coffee when it came back and I drove away it taste like she added water. It tastedlike nothing but water and sugar.! I should have tested it first and asked for a refund. Poor customer service as well! The one that is almost gone is from the same store hours earlier…. It has coffee in it!

I had to come in to purchase 40 gift cards for my job and I knew it might be a task for whoever got to be behind the counter. The girl who helped me, Gi, was fast, organized, kind, and personable. She double checked her counting multiple times to make sure I had everything, double checked each gift receipt and recounted when I had my charge receipt, she even put each individual gift receipt in the card envelope. Can’t say enough positive things about this visit may not have been coffee but it was a great experience nonetheless. Check them out

This used to be my go to Dunkin. I even gave it great reviews in the past. Now, it is not good. Whoever manages/ owns this location has to do something. Wait times are just silly. The person at the window is very slow and doesn't take another order until the car at the window is gone. The coffee the last couple of times was not great. Just a very slopp

Every single time I come to this Dunkin the wait is ridiculously long. As someone who has worked food service before I can tell you that there is absolutely no reason for the wait to be this long EVERY single time I go here other than poor management. Do NOT go to this Dunkin if you want to wait any less than 35 minutes for a drink. Extremely frustrating >:(
