Please turn online order. Expect to pick it up within 30 seconds when there got stuck in a line for 40 minutes. I would suggest if you in a hurry do not come to this place service sucks management sucks. You can’t have one person work overnight and when it comes early in the morning, there is no help. I give this place a one star for everything because waiting 20 minutes just to pick up a cup of tea and you can’t even cancel your order when you’re in the line or you can’t leave the line. It’s just very frustrating these days. Dunkin’ Donuts don’t even have good customer service so I will stay away from this place.

Extremely rude employees. I went in not that long ago and the drive-thru man closed the window in my face while I was still talking. Looked like in a very bad mood. Tried saying have a good day after and he closed the window in my face again. Had to unlock my card because I had forgotten that It was locked and the guy gave me a unpleasant look. Horrible costumer service!

I got no type cream cheese on my bagel and when I asked if this was a normal amount I was told to pay for more. Then she’s on her phone. The cash guys was very nice though.

I know people work out really hard for their job. This place is open at night for coffee its a good thing but the coffee that the lady makes at tuesday night shift is terrible. I never thought dunkin could taste like this. Please they need to fix how she makes the drinks.

Always quick and friendly!! The manager is the best and loves what she does!! The team looks organized and happy! 😊 My food and drinks are always accurate and the right temperature 🌡 😋
