Dunkin'

Great decorations. Very festive. Friendly service. Iced blue berry coffee (way too much ice in the large cup) and donuts were a good treat.

I wish I could give zero stars. The parking lot smelled like weed there were employees smoking weed in their car in the parking lot. They messed up my order and when I called the manager said well it’s too bad. I’ll refund your bagel, but that’s it and we’re allowed to smoke weed because it’s legal. Horrible place I would rather go to new Paltz or any other Dunkin’ Donuts or anywhere else avoid this place at all cost. They will screw you up.

Hector was the kindness most amazing most coolest employee ever. He deserves a raise for what he did. His name will be passed on to my children. Thank u hector.

I frequent this Dunkin a lot and I have to say, I leave more than satisfied every time! The two gentlemen working today at 3:30 were very very kind, and when they told me they were out of the muffin I ordered, they compensated with plenty of goodies as a replacement that I didn’t even request they do! Service is always speedy and very friendly and my coffee is always made to perfection. As always, I left with a smile! :)

My low rating only reflects on the CURRENT employees and, one in particular...a female, possibly a supervisor! FIRST I NEED TO SAY... THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THEN ACTUALLY TOOK THE FOOD BACK, AFTER WE LOOKED IN THE BAG!! 😳 MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING BACK THERE!!! SO....went in today... usually, the employees are really nice, very friendly! (Looks like new ppl working there!!) Anyway, I ordered a $6 MEAL DEAL for my Sis, using my app. So the young man who took my order asked, which meat in the sandwich... I said, isn't it only sausage? He said that we can get whatever we wanted....to our surprise, my Sister got the bacon, instead of sausage. After, I checked my rcpt, and saw I was charged FULL PRICE for EACH ITEM!! I kept trying to get someone's attention... (they were playing the m
