The girl who worked night shift on November 25th around 6:50pm did an absolutely horrible job. I ordered a large Iced Matcha Latte. When I received my drink it was a matcha slushie with coffee not an iced matcha latte. I turned back around to go inside and tell them but they were closed and ignored me at the door. I could understand getting an iced matcha latte wrong (making it a slushie) but putting coffee in it was straight up negligent. It’s ridiculous how she was in her phone, asked us 3 times what we ordered -a large iced matcha latte so I should’ve known from that experience alone that she had absolutely no clue what she was doing.

Took several bites into my Apple Fritter donut and noticed the inside is still raw. The dough didn’t bake all the way inside. There were other times I stopped by that my foods have been mediocre. Seems that many customers have made complaints about their food, staff and service at this store. Not blaming the company for doing wrong; it’s the owner/boss and employees there that need to do a better job. Please make sure you’re checking the quality of the foods you prepare. Someone could get food poisoning.

One star because I believe the employees that have to show up and deal with the customers and don't want too. *Deserve a star... in this area it's about the end product. Thanks for taking the order. This drive thru was visibly clean... this visit I ordered (1) coffee and the experience was caught off guard by taste and presentation. Coffee taste with thought was not pleasant and left a terrible after taste. Wasted money and then when I looked down at the lid I saw stickiness and crumbs. Total turn off for me. This one will be trashed and I'll head over to the coffee shop across the way. Great looking location... from the outside.

never had a bad experience with this store, love the staff and their supervisor is excellent. i come here almost every morning and i’ve never once left unhappy. everyone here needs a raise

Always check your order when it's take out. This is not the first time that it has happened to me. I always order Egg and Cheese Croissants for the kids and most of the time the croissants come out burnt. If you don't check it, you are at loss. When I called the store they didn't even seem to care other than saying come back when the manager is here or give you a cold shoulder if you are right there and ask for a replacement.
