Dutch Bros Coffee

I ordered online for curbside and I arrived early. I waited for the time of my drink so I waited about 25-30 minutes outside parked. Nobody came up, there was little to no line. I ordered because it’s my birthday and I ordered for curbside because I didn’t want to get down since I have pain in my legs. Also, I ordered with lite ice and the cup is nearly filled which sucks cause I have sensitive teeth so I just gave it to my son. Hope they’re more considerate of their customers

This location was so rude - I’ve never had a bad interaction with a Dutch Bros before EVER - they charged me for the wrong drink - once i told them which drink i had actually ordered they made that one wrong too even and when i asked if i could taste it even though it looked wrong they told me Id have to keep it - the one on nolana and ware is by far SUPERIOR and honestly the baristas are so much nicer. mind you i was in line for 30 min and there was only one car in front of me when i drove in.

Don’t go to this location, stick to the one on Shary or Nolana. I live nearby but every time I come there are 5-10 cars waiting and employees still won’t come out to take orders for 10-15 minutes. I’ve lived all over the country and been drinking Dutch Bro’s a decade, never seen such poor service before. It’s literally happened like ten times in a row and I’ll personally never go back to this location.

The girls at the Dutch on Conway and mile 3 are very sweet and friendly. It was my first time at this location and they really served - coffee, smiles, and great customer service. 😀

Today I came to this location because it was close to me and one of the locations I usually come to. I ordered at 9:25 am and waited until 9:40 to tell me I still need to wait another 10 minutes just for 2 drinks. As I’m waiting they kept pushing out drive thru and not worrying about the orders that have been placed outside. When asking how much longer they kept trying to say they ordered ahead or they placed it before but in reality they didn’t have any order ahead ready. So we asked for a manager and they looked all confused and a girl came and said I am in charge and said there isn’t a manager. She kept making excuses on why my order wasn’t ready or why it can’t be started on yet. So when we asked for a refund we could see all the people in the back making orders laughing like it was a
