Wingstop

Truly the most disappointing trip to any Wingstop I have ever experienced! We ordered our food and it 40 minutes to get our order! You’d think it was great and hot, 75% of our food was cold to the touch. Fries and corn were the only “warm” food on our table. Soda machine kept turning on and off.

I always come to this wing stop and never had a problem but last night I placed an order of 8 mild wings and 7 lemon pepper and the wings were so dry they didnt have any sauce on them.

Ordering through the phone I was denied ordering solo wings😭 what wing place is going to tell someone they don’t sell bone in wings, but eventually the employee understood and took my order not giving me a clear estimated time and hanging up. I came and waited over 30 minutes at first paying and sitting around to not be called until i finally got up and the employees just had my order sitting on the counter after 30 more minutes! I had ordered at 4pm and didn’t get 1 simple order till 5pm cold, wrong, and they didn’t bother to remake them correctly just throwing seasoning on top. So disappointing…

I always order from here but today I order a 20 piece wings and all wings where soo dry they didn’t have any sauce on them , I believe is the worker they have now ! Honestly worst experience ever , my wings look like a cow lick them literally

Literally the worst Wingstop to go too, reconsider ordering somewhere else. People here do not know how to do their simple job, lady kept forgetting my stuff I ordered and i received my food all thrown in the bag, everything spilled on the bag, very disappointed.
