Ed's Pizza House

I ordered a large cheesesteak with fried onions extra mayonnaise extra cheese as you can read it was something simple when my food arrived the Bread was soggy and did not have nothing that I asked for besides onions I call and talk to the manager and he was truly rude and said he stood there and watched the cook prepare my order as if it was going to be to be ok and it wasn’t The way he talked to me was uncalled for and he knew that I am a ongoing customer actor. My last experience I will not repeat I will not. Ordered food from here I believe that they will do something to my food. The next time I order because they do not like to be in the wrong. This is so shameful. I wish I could talk to somebody higher up because this is ridiculous. The service is poor food is horrible. Need a new ch

I ordered two slices of sausage pizza and a small french fry food got here and under a half an hour which was fine I opened up the box for my two slices of sausage pizza and they're overcooked I even tried to bite into it it's hard I was then called back to the restaurant spoke to somebody the young lady tells me her cell phone number and asks me to send her a picture she didn't have to speak to the manager about sending me back out two slices of pizza it is now 45 minutes later and the food is not still arrived yet I'm beyond pissed I don't normally do this but the customer service and food quality has gone down I've never had this issue before and I order from them often enough I tip the driver's nicely I think this is the last time I'm ordering from them I like the size of their slices

This is the third, and last time I’ll order their Stromboli. I ordered the chicken, and the steak. They were full of thick, uncooked dough, and the sauce is watered down. The sauce has so much water, it wet up the boxes, and made the already uncooked Doug softer and soggy.

Haven't been here in a long time. Was hungry and they were open late. I got a chicken cheesesteak. It was pretty good.

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and I received all drum sticks😡 I'm an executive chef and they come half and half. Five flats and five drum sticks. When I called back they was rude and told me that's how the order comes. I ordered here many times buying wings and they're lying. Who's ever working tonight is rude and lazy.i will never spend here again
