Esther’s Coffee House

I went today for the first time and one of the owners is who waited on myself and my boyfriend. She was so nice and willing to go over anything we had questions about. I got an iced coffee and my boyfriend got a latte. They were both amazing and we also got a scone and braided dessert. Also, both very good. The prices were amazing we got our entire order for just $20. We loved the atmosphere it was quiet, clean and friendly. Others that were there seemed to be enjoying themselves and felt comfortable as well. We will certainly continue to go back. They even have coffee grounds you can purchase.

A wonderful coffee shop. The syrups are in house made and are not overly sweet. The syrups do not mask the taste of the coffee but enhance the flavor. The pastries are wonderfully made and are not overly sweet or stale. They are fresh. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and fresh, wood is in place throughout the place and is very fitting. The Owners have started to roast their own beens and the coffee has gotten even better. A staple of when I come visit this place with family.

We stopped right before closing. The baked goods were understandably sold out, but sounded delicious. The lattes we're drinking right now are the best I've ever tasted: caramel and, even better- molasses cookie!

Coffee is roasted in-house, pastries are made in-house. Haven’t tried everything on the menu, but the drip-coffee and scones are delicious. The pastries that I have tried are more like traditional recipes and are not overly sweet, which I greatly appreciate. People that work there have always been very pleasant every time I’ve stopped.

Atmosphere is excellent along with the pastries. I took my mom February 14 for a cappuccino and a pastry but they ran out with no plan for the remaining hours they were open. They need staple items that are carried in bulk that never run out. Suggestion? Take like your top 5 items and increase their inventory by like 15% and have them available up to closing so you don’t run out of something at least. One thing I hate is no pastries with 2 hours left to be open and over 10 people walk in . Thankfully my mom didn’t care. I will say, pastries are great when available. Thank you all at Esters for your kind treatment of me and my mom. It’s why I try to be there once weekly with my mom.
