As a Canadian trying Jrek for the first time - I would say it’s a bit better than Subway. The staff at this location had to be the most adorable team. They knew everyone that came in and addressed them all as hun or sweetheart which was so cute to see. They had a ton of staff working so there was no wait. The meat was really well seasoned and was a good portion size. My only disappointment is it’s very messy and gets very moist in the foil they wrap it in. I walked a minute to my car - opened both sandwich’s up and they were already soaked and sloppy. Had I waited 20 minutes I think the bread would have just been sog and meat. None the less will probably try again but maybe a cold sub this time.
Love this place. One of my first stops anytime I return to Massena. Extra heavy mayo FTW! ALL THE SHAKERS!!!
We love Jrecks. Food is always great no matter what we get. Never disappointed.
Always the best subs ... The staff is very friendly ... The sub rolls make the sub and Jrecks has the freshest and softest rolls.. love it
Went for lunch on a weekday, people were all new except for Shelly but trying to help each other out. Sub was good. I was impressed with the effort!!
