Fallsview Grand Buffet

"RACIAL DISCRIMINATION" thats what we felt when we first step in. RUDE and un-happy to serve. Its all about money. They want more money from you if you want to seat by the window. Even though theres a lot of vacant tables. They will say it's reserved but until they closed the seats were vacant. But asks you to pay $15/ per person more to reserve the seat. And yeah, we stayed at Sheraton with breakfast reservation. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The new changes to staff have made the atmosphere so much more enjoyable. Edna on the omlete station was amazing and made sure to make the eggs exactly how my kids liked them. Carly was great and provided everything my kids wanted. The view was also amazing regardless of table.

Had a wonderful brunch… and then were allowed to move to a window table later on when one became available… thank you Ling… Also, had our picture taken with the Falls in the background… Wonderful dining experience overall… and really like the view from our room on the 14th floor!!

We went for dinner between 5–6 PM in January with two adults and two kids (ages 6 and 2). Kids eat free, and we paid $109 for two adults. The view is the main highlight. Arriving early was worth it, we were seated at a corner table with a beautiful view of the waterfall and the evening lights. Even though it was very cold outside, the winter view was stunning. The restaurant was very quiet, only about 10–20% full when we left around 6 PM, which made the experience much more relaxed. The food is okay, nothing special. There’s a good variety, but flavors are very plain and lightly seasoned. On the plus side, there are great kid-friendly options. Both kids loved the mac and cheese and beef. For adults, the food was fine but not memorable.

The food was delicious, great selection of foods and pastries and fruits, and the omelette was made with so much love by Edna! She was exceptionally personable and had a smile the whole time she was making omelets for a long line customers.
