I would give 0 zero stars if I could. Corporate office – please reach out to me. We ordered our burger, 25 minutes later we realized there was an issue because we saw multiple people who ordered after us receiving their order before us, and asked them to correct it. They talked among them how someone misplaced our ticket and then they offered us a refund while making our Order. 15 minutes after the manager came out with a huge attitude and told us we could choose one; to get a refund or get our order even though it took 45 minutes from the time original order was made. The shift supervisor, Taylor laughed in our face and encouraged us to “complain to corporate”. We are new to this area and are completely appalled. We will never attempt this location again. They have the impossible meatless burger topped with yumminess🙌🏽 Maui banana milk shake was so delicious. Their fat fries aka steak fries, made me happy.
