FedEx - Distribution Center

I recently had to replace my Logitech speaker. They sent it FedEx. I received numerous emails and texts about this package all saying that a delivery was attempted. These were all lies, no driver ever came to my door to try and deliver the package. When I called FedEx they said the driver made several attempts to deliver the package. I said could they please leave the package at the Newville,Pa Dollar General since I go by there often. Instead he sent it to Roxbury,PA Dollar General 10 miles in the wrong direction. Of course the driver had no problem making that delivery and I was never told it had been dropped off. Great way to keep customers happy, right? So I called Logitech and said if they can't ship with anyone else I won't be purchasing anymore products from them. I will never sugge

This is the 3rd time FedEx out of New illegal their driver has made an excuse to not deliver, pretty bad I drive truck the weather was fine not bad to delay it and the barn was right down the road for the FedEx building the pig barn that I was at after was by my house, no snow or rain in my area like they said. Plus the driver was seen couple houses up from outside around 4pm, think someone just didnt want to deliver it or forget.

I've been waiting a week for my package. My security camera recorded the driver parking in front of my house, and then I received a message saying it would be delivered tomorrow. I understand the package is heavy, but I paid for the shipping, and they still don't respect the customer. I called customer service, and it was even worse.

Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service from FedEx I waited five days for a signature-required package. FedEx claimed three delivery attempts but only left a generic door tag with no date or delivery info—no calls, texts, or emails. Despite repeated promises, the package never arrived. After multiple calls, a helpful rep escalated the issue, but another staff member responded rudely and refused to deliver the package again, telling me to pick it up myself. I had to drive 40 minutes to get my package. FedEx’s delivery process is amateurish and unprofessional. Instead of spending millions on buildings, they should focus on building a reliable supplier-to-customer delivery system. Avoid if you can !

Horrible customer service package still delayed 4 days… sitting in a trailer in there lot!!!!! Called multiple times no resolution even offered to pick it up myself since they can’t deliver in a reasonable timeframe!!!! Can’t unload the trailer really need different management!
