John Graham Public Library

Very active community library. I remember its first location in one room donated by the Newville Jaycees at 7 High St in the summer of 1960 and the move to the Graham house on Parsonage St

Very nice library located in a large former private home. The rooms break down the contents, and there are plenty of things for younger folks here. There are some perpetual book sale shelves (where I was able to pick up 2 books myself), and a nice DVD collection.

It's been some time since I've been here, but I have read so many books from here. Once summer when I was young I think I read every Hardy Boys book they had, even a bunch they pulled from storage just for me! Best library around! There's something for everyone here!

The ladies here are always very helpful and I appreciate that I can request books from any Cumberland county library and they will be available for me to pick up from the John Graham location.

This library is kind of small. This library used to be a house. I love the staff here. They are wonderful. If you have kids, I would recommend story time. Story time is on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM. Story time typically last an hour.
