Fit Mealz Meal Prep

Wandered in here, didn’t expect much, so it was a nice surprise to have tasty, clean meal. It was food-prep style, so no huge saucy portions. For $13 I got a satisfying, filling meal, though it might not look like much in the photo. I’m not so full that I’m sleepy, but I’m good till my next meal. 6oz (tri-tip beef and jerk chicken, mashed red potatoes, quinoa, and fajita mix. Suggest adding the “”Feast Fighter” seasoning at the end. They heated it up for me and I ate there at the one table they have. Great place

Lots of meals to choose from, primarily a pick up spot for your meal prep orders but can get meals to go if you'd like a healthy tray. Grabbed these from the shelf to have extra protein during the week. Will return and review the menu more thoroughly.

Here for work and found this gem. Had lunch and dinner delivered to me at work. Top notch, clean eating, and measured and i can keep to my meal plan!! I know where im getting food when I'm here again.

Kind of mixed on my first experience. I ordered on-line; after going through and choosing my meat (and portion size), starch (and portion size) then veggie (asparagus, and portion size), I love being able to choose my portion sizes, you get a few options on how you want it served (I chose in a burrito). Great so far, lot's of choices and options. They also know how to cook asparagus. That's kind of rare. Put in my payment details and select Pickup and click confirm. I got a message saying my order would be ready at 1:55 PM. I was ordering at 11:50 AM and too hungry to wait for 2 hours to eat lunch. Start looking for a way to cancel my order, there isn't one.
