Food From The Heart

I always get the Beef Rib Platter and the smoked smothered Turkey Wings Platter, sometimes 2x's a week and it's ALWAYS fresh and hot! Also there mac & cheese, collard greens & candied yams are TOP TIER. Portions are filling and won't break the bank. Definitely one of my favorites!

They are pretty consistent. I used to get their fried chicken wings but their fried fish is the bomb.

My first time there I was greeted by the employees. The restaurant is exceptionally clean. I ordered I have slapped a beef ribs and a half slap of pork ribs and they were delicious!!! And the potato salad was good also😃🙏🏾! Thank you, Levy. I will be back.

Food was absolutely phenomenal, when i say everything is just perfect, ribs cooked perfectly falling off the bone and well seasoned, mac and cheese and candied yams….chefs kiss. Bbq wings, corn and potatoe salad also extremely good. very hard to find actual good soul/bbq food but this has definitely hit my top favorite.

I was extremely disappointed 😞. I bought over $100 worth of food, I'll never make that mistake again. The fried chicken wings were not seasoned at all, but was coated in WAAAAAAY to much flour.. flour is all I tasted. The yams were disgusting, waaaaay too sweet, the Mac & cheese tasted like it was from the box, then frozen, then reheated.... just nasty. The collard greens were actually very good but had no meat in it... no neckbone, no turkey meat, nothing. That was my first and last experience. #mypeoplealwaysdisappoint
