Went there today their water is great. Customer service is great,however slow.. They are using a phone to process orders instead of a computer which slows down the check out process. So pulled into the parking lot today got stank face from the warehouse employee went inside got my order everything was good.. I pulled in on the right side of the door.. All the parking line are faded and needs repainted you really cant see them when you pull up. So this warehouse employee asked me to park in the parking spot ( after receiving my order and getting ready to leave) and I looked at their faded spots and said OK. I responded at the time one spot had water bottles and the other had a customer in it or I would have used it as I usually do.. He had to add the smart quip about there was two oth

SHORT VERSION Seems the last few years Frank's has gotten worse. I don't know if they are under new ownership or what their deal is. They didn't act like they do now. They're obviously more concerned about business contracts than they are residential ones and it's starting to show. So, after all these years we decided to take our business elsewhere, to someone who's not too big for us. And, turns out, they are .38c per jug cheaper anyway. Go figure. FULL VERSION We were customers of Roaring Spring Water (delivered by Frank's Coffee Service) for at least 12 years. From the beginning though they've used a confusing billing system and we often didn't know exactly what we owed. This is like going to Dunkin Donuts and getting to pick a box of your favorite donuts except your picking your box of K cups in a variety of flavors or if you're not a coffee drinker they have chai teas, apple cider, hot cocoa...just a nice variety. My favorite is Jamacian me Crazy. You don't have to mix and match, you can still buy the regular boxes and their prices are decent too.

Great place to get awesome coffee! They deliver water also! Great place for the community!
