Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Another welcome addition to Sunnyvale’s food scene. I visited the day after opening and at 11:30, the line wasn’t very long, while the restaurant was about 1/2 full, with the parking lot completely full. Ordering was quick, and the food came out in about 6 minutes. Everything was fresh and tasty, with my prime rib burger being very hot. I also ordered the cheese curds and fries with the jalapeno fry sauce which is great. Overall, very happy that we have another burger option in Sunnyvale that offers quick service. Customers service and food quality / order accuracy will set Freddy’s apart moving forward!

The food is really good I just wish the portions were little bit bigger. Service was a bit slow but I can uderstand being this is a newly opened location I will be returning

First and last time at a Freddy's. I like the menu selection add ons too bad they were paid for and not received. The food was not good. Bland and just not what I was hoping for. I got the breaded chicken and couldn't finish it and they forgot the fries 🍟 which questionably was the best part of the meal. Onion rings were actually good. Not sure what I was expecting but certainly was not this.

Got excited to go to the new opening. Fries were way overcooked and hamburger bun falling apart. No onions and came with a giant pile on top. Not a soda drinker, took 5 minutes for someone at the counter to tell me, they dont have any tea anywhere in the building. We'll stick with the Freddy's in Terrell

Place is slowwwww I don’t know how they call themselves a fast food establishment. I placed a mobile order hoping it would be quicker than waiting in the long drive thru line. It said on the app my order was ready but when I went to the mobile counter it was not ready and took another 10 mins just to get my food and it was cold!
