Fresh Burrito

We have yet to go to a Fresh and be disappointed. All of their locations are franchises (I am assuming) and most owners/managers/staff provide an excellent service and as soon as you mention vegan, they know what to add and what not to. They are courteous and friendly and provide excellent service. The food choices they provide for us vegans is amazing and thank you for the choices being provided and I hope you can expand the menu, if possible. Our burritos of Organic Tofu and Soy Grounds was very tasty and made just the way we like it. The salsas good and the protein nice. The toppings plenty and warmed perfectly.

This is by far one of the best burrito places and on one of the best spots to eat when you’re in Niagara Falls. We have been here on multiple occasions and the staff is always very welcoming and makes amazing burrito and bowls. It’s a value for your money and taste that satisfies your taste buds. I was very happy with service provided by Paras and Harsh. They take their time to make the burrito and this is one of the only places I have seen who mixes all the ingredients so that every bite tastes same and balanced. Must try!

EDITED: PLEASE READ THE EDIT AS WELL. The items we got were very reasonably priced. We tried the burrito bowl, supreme fries (fries supreme on steroids basically) and the walking taco, which we highly recommend! It’s a bag of Doritos with nacho toppings, which sounds questionable on paper but is actually impeccable! We went twice within 24hrs! Even going near midnight, the food was just as fresh and service was just as great. EDIT: We just went for a third time but this time the employee was notably less friendly and also limited our choice of toppings. I’m removing a star because we really think this is kind of absurd. Whether it is store rule and subjective to the employee, consistency is key and really, a little sprinkle of green onions shouldn’t be too much of an ask.

I came with my 2 friends and we had not expectations but we ended up being very surprised by the food taste 🥰 as a Mexican, I can tell you this was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Also, the guys who work here are super nice! We would definitely come back

Stopped by Fresh Burrito while visiting Niagara Falls. The food was decent overall — the burrito portions were good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. It’s a convenient spot for a quick meal near the main attractions, and service was fairly fast. That said, it’s not the most authentic Mexican food out there. The flavours felt a bit generic, and some items like the nachos seemed store-bought rather than freshly made. For the price, the value could be better — especially since the portions vary depending on who’s making it. The place also has more of a fast-food vibe, so don’t expect a cozy dine-in experience. Overall, it’s fine if you’re hungry and need something quick and filling, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.
