Friendly's

Unexpected trip on Saturday 10/18 because we were at outlets. Haven’t had Friendly’s in about 7 years which was at the Cherryhill location that has since closed. I am so HAPPY we decided to grab lunch. Lunch brought so many memories from when Friendly’s was “a thing!” Restaurant and bathroom very clean! Nice atmosphere! We ordered the original bbq chicken melt with ranch and fries ( been around since day 1) and a NEW item chopped cheese with cool ranch Doritos on a ciabatta roll and waffle fries (comes with free happy ending sundae)!! Our server was ELAINA and she was AWESOME!!! The PB sundae with toppings was a perfect ending! Definitely recommend!

My sister and I went for her birthday. A few families came in at the same time so it was pretty busy. We sat for a while looking at the menu but we didn’t mind the wait. I forget a waitress’ name but I think it was Nikki. She was very very nice and friendly and made the experience so much better. She was serving everyone but always made sure we were good and if we needed anything. She made my sisters birthday special and the ice cream was delicious. Haven’t been here since I was a kid but it was very nostalgic.

The services was horrible, rude, basically almost cursed us out about being upset about the cleanliness of the table and seats! Jaida, you were SO RUDE! Didn’t serve us, didn’t deserve a tip even..you’re lucky you got anything. The manager was ok until he started an argument with us? Our table hasn’t been cleared since we got here, and there was only two workers taking this job seriously. Jaida pointed at us while obviously making nasty remarks at my sister, this is so unprofessional do not eat here please just go to your nearest friendlys. I would’ve rather doordashed.

The atmosphere is always chaotic mostly because of the clients and the kids However we have eaten here a few times and funny enough we had the same waitress Chyna. She was incredibly lovely both times. She is very good at her craft - she had a pleasant upbeat attitude ! Ice cream was fabulous and done just right. Thank goodness for good service !

Highly disappointed. Do not go to this one, go to Deptford. I ordered a Cobb Salad and it looks nothing like the picture. A guy was walking around with a spoon in mouth that worked there doing a bunch of nothing. My ice cream sat a the counter 15 minutes before my food came out. Horrible. The manager thank God made my ice cream again. But i will NEVER go back. Look at the pictures so you can see my wrinkled bag they gave me and the salad that looks nothing like the picture. Highly disappointed. And this salad was $18 im pissed.
