Frijoles

People make jokes about burrito bowls being “slop bowls” but this is so much slop it’s basically a dip. Oh my once-beloved frijoles, how you’ve fallen from grace. How do you even expect someone to eat this? Be for real.

Tacos were superb. Better than some so called self proclaimed "authentic" places. IYKYK. If you're unfamiliar with what toppings or sauces to get, just ask and they'll recommend the best for what you desire. Highly recommend!

We had taco trios, a taco bag, and a burrito. The owner seemed really nice and explained well since it was our first time visiting there. Taco was amazing. The taco bag was really yummy. Maybe we made a mistake on burrito for putting too much beans, but it was fine as well. I see some reviews that the price has gone up too much, and I get that. But I don't think it's just Frijoles.. everywhere is too expensive now. I think they have a decent price for the amount of food they give. Tacos and burrito were pretty big.

I was disappointed with the beef, it was rather dry and chewy… Beef tacos are a staple and I expected better taste/texture. The FISH however was incredible, I would recommend the fish over any of the other meats! The service was fast enough and the atmosphere of the place is quaint. The price was a little high though at $6+ per taco and I wouldn’t mind but the beef really threw me off…

The food was very authentically created and tasted amazing! The girls behind the counter are all race friendly and helpful if you don't know what goes on a fish taco for the first time cuz I sure didn't but I wasn't disappointed with their suggestions and have been back a couple times since. It's a little bit of a wait cuz everything's made to order but it's well worth it.
