Féile Restaurant and Pub

We stopped in for late lunch, atmosphere was fun and wait staff was courteous. Because i am very fussy due to my allergies, i am very specific before i place my order. We ordered the infusion burgers and i assumed as indicated in menu the bacon and cheese was inside the burger. I even specifically asked the waitress if the cheese and bacon were inside. I inadvertantly ordered bacon as the waitress was confusing. Anyway i ordered my burger and was specific i didnt want it burned, the bacon nor the bun. The bacon was dry and burned, i would have let it go but the bun was black. I sent it back. When it came back i got cold precooked burned bacon, fine the bun was better but the burger appeared to be missing the cheese, i know it said infusion but seriously nothing, so disappointed, wont go b

Anna is the best waitress! Very attentive and friendly, she even gave me and my friend a ride to the train station when no ubers were available. It was our joint birthday celebration and we very much appreciated the quick ride down the road when we were in jeopardy of missing our train. Forever grateful, truly next level service! Also loved the food and the positive vibe of the place. Will be back when we come to Wells from Boston again :)

Between 5 and 6PM is the perfect time for us. Just before dinner rush. I had delicious shepherds pie. My friend had lobster bisque, which was good. Our server had multiple duties that night she cleared and waited on tables and arranging tables around the area where the band would be playing at 7:30-ish. she did this all with a smile. Bar gets packed early. The booths have been removed to allow for more tables, rustic atmosphere inside for an Irish restaurant. Irish music one day a week. After movies in Wells another night 7pm stopped for dinner as the band started playing some oldies rock ‘n’ roll, which was fun to hear. The place was packed per usual at that time. Decorated with dollar bills wait till you see them all!!!!

Great place to chat up the locals. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was sub-par. We enjoyed the homemade nachos quite a bit, but the bangers were apparently very plain, and my shepard's pie was very oily. For this price, I was expecting better than ground beef with some frozen vegetables and instant potatoes. Not bad, really, but there are great places up and down the street.

It was such a good time. Even understaffed, our waitress was attentive. The strawberry peach sangria was delicious, and our meal choices were not only yummy but plentiful. I'd come back anytime & hopefully make it for happy hour. Bring a signed dollar bill to add on their walls as many others continue to do.
