This has been the only time I’ve given a 1 star as a review. Also, note, I’d normally give Gyro 360 a high rating as we love their food. Today we ordered two bowls via DoorDash because I’m not able to do a pick up today. Got two wraps instead. I don’t eat wraps for various reasons. Called the restaurant and told them what happened. Asked them to re-deliver what we ordered. They provided us an option to come pick up (not able to do so tonight) or give me a credit. For me, it was simple.. you made a genuine mistake, you make amends and re-deliver. They said ‘sorry we cannot re-deliver’. Not what I’d expect from a place we frequent a lot.

Great gyro sandwich shop with a really good section of menu items. Everything is fresh and made to order. Large portions. Service is quick. Restaurant is clean. Food is reasonably priced. Gyros are the best in the area. Fries are good as well. Great place for lunch or an inexpensive dinner.

This was my first time going here. I was looking for something different to eat online and saw this place. It was about 20 minutes away and looked interesting. It was not busy when we arrived, but the restaurant was big enough to hold a crowd. We got our order to go and as we waited another couple was just leaving after eating. I asked how was it and they couldn't stop talking over each other saying how good it was. It was their second visit and said they will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Sounded good to me. AND I must say I will be following in their footsteps. The food was damn good. All the salad makings were fresh. I saw comments before I came that they gave you too much rice. They must have listened because my portion was perfect. Good ratio of rice and each vegetable a
