Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Great ice cream. Nice servers although a smile would have been much more welcoming. My only real complaint is there are only two high top tables. I came here with my two toddlers and high tops on stools with no backs are risky to manage. As an ice cream store I feel like they should cater to smaller children just a bit. We sat on a bench on the side but my kids had a hard time eating their ice cream. I know I’m being picky but I’m sure others would appreciate a normal table or booth as well.

Exceptional service even though it was near closing on a Saturday night. The person recommended a child's sized come, although I ordered a small, due to its actual size and practicality. Very cool of her, I didn't even see the option on the menu. I highly recommend this cool little shop, and I'll definitely bring my kids back.

Nov2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the staff at this location. I searched Google and found this location. I came by this store location with my family and noted that there is a large free parking lot out front with plenty of regular and handicap parking spaces. The parking lot is attached to the main grocery store in this area. I noted that there is a police and veterans parking spot up front of the store. I noted that the store was not busy upon our arrival. There were three workers inside the store at the time of our arrival. My family kept them busy sampling flavors before choosing which flavor to get. Each of the workers seemed to be efficient and capable. The store was clean and neat upon our arrival.

This was really good. The cake batter ice cream, vanilla and chocolate, taste just like you’re eating cake batter. Very good and creamy. I’ll be honest it is a little expensive but most specialty ice cream shops are anymore. It’s not bad for a special treat.

Great variety of delicious ice cream with friendly staff happy to stack scoops high on their cones. Very reasonable prices; they also have party packs of 12 ice cream cups in a box, packed almost like a box of a dozen donuts. Was happy to find this creamery and we look forward to visiting again whenever we are in the neighborhood.
