Jenn delivered amazing & friendly service! The poutine wasn’t on the menu but we had it and it was delicious! Great management too! Stopped by and checked in on us! Great atmosphere especially with the music videos! Will be back bc of the service and delicious poutine! Thank you Jenn and Manager working on Saturday 3/7 around 2pm :)

Intended to stay 2 nights. I was at the travel lodge and walked over. Ended up staying 3 nights at the lodge because of this place. I went every day, even 2 times in one day. I love the music video combo on the TV's as I was at the bar. Kelly was great and I wanted her every time however it did not play out that way. I only got her the first night. The boy bar keep are green and need to work on their customer service and timing. It is all about timing. The food is good the beans are way too sweet. I paid for an extra thing of bacon to try and fix the sweet, however it did not work.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls while celebrating my birthday! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, fun, and full of that classic rock energy that makes the place feel so special. Tracy was incredibly kind and attentive, making our celebration even more memorable with her warm and welcoming service. And the food… absolutely delicious! The Messi Burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — every bite was satisfying. My little one loved the kids’ menu, which made the whole experience even better for our family. The salad bowls were fresh, colorful, and surprisingly generous — a perfect balance to the indulgent burger. It was the perfect place to celebrate, with great food, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definit

Our server, Jenn, was absolutely wonderful. We were dining with our 6-year-old, who loves to chat with anyone willing to listen. Jenn took the time to stop, engage with him, and genuinely listen, never making him feel rushed or dismissed. At the same time, she remained attentive and efficient—our drinks and food arrived promptly, and she consistently maintained a warm, welcoming smile. Her ability to balance exceptional service with genuine kindness truly stood out. We really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back!

We just stopped into the Hard Rock Cafe on our way into town. That is a normal routine for us. My wife had the loaded potato skins and I had the fish and chips. I am a bit of a fish and chips snob so I am hard to impress. The fish and chips were good, but not quite great. I would say they are easily better than average. If I had to guess I would say around the top 20%. The batter was crunchy and the fish was a good quality. The chips weren’t the hottest but they were good and seasoned well. My wife’s potato skins were excellent. Our waitress was Tracy and she was friendly and amazing. She really threaded the needle between being around enough, but not too much. If this was my first trip to a Hard Rock Cafe I would definitely eat here again.
