Hardee's

Waited nearly 20 minutes for food from drive through. Ham&cheese was too tough to eat, but the hot dogs were so wrinkled and overcooked, they looked like zombie toes. Not sure even Andrew Puzder could save them this time.

Where to begin? It took 2 adults on the counter to put 2 breakfast sammies in a bag for takeout. When we got to the car, we noticed that not only were the sammies wrong, they were "questionable" in terms of freshness. Decided going back in for a correction would be too much for the crew to deal with. Bathroom needed attention, too.

I wish I could give the manager a 1 star. The manager walks around does not speak to the customers. See there is a long line did not assist or help the cashier. Now I did not like the cashier does not have on gloves but take money and fix food as well. Thats disgusting. The manager dis come from the back with some type of cart. I didn't see her go and wash her hands. Starred to fix food. I came back for condiments and the manager looked me in my face dis not speak or ask what I needed. The cashier had to stop and get the condiments while trying to assist about 5 people in line. Where is the customer service?

This goes out to Hardee's. I have something good to say your a grilled cheeseburger is awesome! But you have to get the double so the flavor of everything else is not overwhelming, unfortunately the double is $3.50 more.One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! In other words you guys should stick to this! More people will try it and love it and you will get your business back! Because let's face it your Angus burgers or not that great and they're dry

My advice to people considering eating here would be to keep driving and go elsewhere. Spent $20 for the most sad and small tenders. My fries were clearly old and stale. The funny part is, I was asked to pull up and wait on my food. The tender wrap had half a slice of cheese on it versus shredded cheese. The burger was just as bad. Bun was cold and stale. Basically paid for cafeteria food. Will not be back.
