Five stars isn’t enough for the experience I just had at Heavenly Donuts in Wilmington. I went through the drive-thru and was helped by Jeff, and honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jeff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to help. You know how most drive-thru interactions feel rushed or robotic? This was the complete opposite. He made the whole interaction feel welcoming and positive, and it completely made my day. The order was perfect, the service was fast, and the energy was just great. Jeff is the kind of employee every business hopes for—professional, personable, and clearly someone who takes pride in what he does. I had such a great time here! The microphone guy was so kind and energetic, It made my day! The food was also great and the coffee was spot on! Jeff and Bryan were the best!

This was my first time in this location of Heavenly Donuts. For those of you who are sick of overpriced Dunkin Heavenly is for you. The three young people working Brandy, Brook and Jeff had huge smiles on their faces. They were helpful pleasant and a real pleasure to deal with. The sandwiches were great. My girl adored her iced Chai late and my hot tea was delicious. I couldn't recommend this location higher. Definitely check it out.

Great coffee, great food—but Jeff’s customer service is what really stands out. He’s a ray of sunshine and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your order. His kindness and enthusiasm made my day, and it’s refreshing to see someone who truly loves their job. I’ll definitely be back!

Love this shop. The have constantly changing special flavours (the Witches Brew iced coffee is my new favourite!) and the manager's special donut with both jelly and cream inside is amazing! I've never seen a filled donut that stuffed before! The guy working today was also very inviting and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
