Highway 217 Cafe and Grill

Ok. I needed to drive into town to go to Lowe's. I decided to stop by Highway 217 Restaurant. This is such an amazing restaurant for the locals. Everything about this restaurant is great. Starting from parking. Plenty of places to park. Of course free parking. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted right away. Plenty of room to sit. The restrooms are kept up. They are clean. Also the restaurant is kept clean. Now my server. She had amazing service. My food came out pretty quick. Absolutely delicious. I wanted to try there tomato gravy. Probably the best I've had in the South. Thank you for the amazing service again. Grillin And Chillin With Mojo On YouTube And Blackstone Griddle Crew.

The flower of the food was good but it was cold. I told the waitress and she took it back to the cook. I believe the cook put the full plate in the microwave but still not hot when brought back. The corn should not of went in the microwave. Anyway no recommendations for this place unless you like uncaring cook that serve ice cold food.

We stopped at this place because it got good reviews. The reviews were not wrong. It was really good food and plenteous. The wait staff were all really friendly. If you’re just passing through check this place out.

This place was cute, clean, cheap, and good! I got waffles and a side of grits and it hit the spot perfectly! The service was maybe a little lacking (my husband's coffee never got refilled) but they only had two servers so it was understandable and everyone was really nice!

If you haven’t been to this place you need to go. Lots of food for the money. There carnivore omelet is way more food than you need but man it is good. Great friendly staff and great service. Out of the way for most but believe me it’s worth the drive. We have had dinner here too and the country fried steak is awesome. Please check them out and they are locally owned. Support these small businesses to keep them around.
