Super friendly service. Easy to deal with, easy in and out. No fuss and very reasonably priced. You get what you pay for and I could only take a night in this basic room. Would I stay here again? No for one reason only, the stuffy smell.

We arrived on a Friday early afternoon the owner Jim was very friendly and happy to let us take the room a little early. When we entered room #1 the rug was new. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated but very clean. The air conditioner worked well being it was 90 degrees plus. The tv needs to be upgraded. Overall we were very satisfied. It's all part of the country experience. I loved the fact that there was fresh coffee or tea in the sitting room that was located in the middle of the rooms. We had breakfast in the restaurant on the property Sunday. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

Was in town recently visiting family from Miami. Needed a last-minute place to stay. The owner was incredibly friendly helpful and did not try to take advantage of us on price. Very quiet, Extremely clean rooms and just overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you

We've had family members stay here several times over the past few years and they've always been pleased. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciate that they look out for my daughter and her friends when they stay here for the various music festivals. Don't forget to give their restaurant a try - the food is delicious. Small bar on premises, too. They also make great pizza.

The place had great service and a delicious duck dish. The lobster may not have been the freshest but the Mac&cheese was good. The dining area did have a very weird smell at some point but thankfully it went away after a few minutes. Service was very attentive as well!
