The Tasting Lab

We tried lunch here on a Saturday and had a great experience. Finding a table was easy, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The host was quick to seat us and provided the essentials promptly. Ample parking is a plus. Ordering was a breeze. Although the menu is limited, it offers great options for burgers, fries, sandwiches, salads, and soups. The drinks menu is impressive, with attention to detail evident in every cocktail, including their daily special, which we loved. The burger was spot on - the meat was top-notch, and the customization options were endless. The washroom was spotless, too. What truly stood out was the flawless service, hygiene, and, of course, the delicious food and drinks. Nothing needs improvement - they're doing everything right. Great work!

Service was friendly! The food was good, although the regular burger had a bit of heavy seasoning to it. We ordered the fried pickles and they tasted perfect, the breadcrumbs were perfect, not too oily and stayed on when we bit into ir. The Mac and cheese was all right. 😊

I’ve unfortunately been here a few times (since there is nothing else really in the area) and every single time, the beer has been incredible warm. No matter what one you order, it’s all room temperature with no carbonation. I’ve asked them what there most popular beer on tap was (because I knew it would be the best flowing) and the options couldn’t be worse. Live music is fun and snacks are ok but if you love beer, drink @ home.

Great food and beers! My husband and I stopped here for a quick meal during our weekend in the Catskills and were not disappointed. We each ordered a flight, as well as the elk burger and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious! I especially liked all the beers I tried. Our server was also very sweet and attentive, which made us feel all the more welcome. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

I love this place! Food is always delicious and perfectly seasoned. The cocktails are also delicious if that is your kind of thing <3. Staff is always nice and friendly and has good recommendations if you wanna try something knew. The place is always clean and relaxing especially when there is live music.
