This place is sure an experience. Ot only all-you-can-eat. Went there on Christmas day because I didn't want to cook. Waitress explained things to us but left out the fact that everything comes raw & we had to cook it on the little hot plate on the table. I was repulsed having raw chicken on the table while eating. There were sauces on a salad-type bar but it was impossible to season the food before cooking it. Everything was bland. The meal for us two was over $80.00. It was an interesting adventure but I'd never do it again. NOTE: click pocture to see the raw food on the left & the "grill" on the right.

This is the second time we've been to this location, and it's gotten worse each time we've gone. For both experiences, the waitresses look like they're bothered you're there, don't explain anything, and barely come to check on you. So that in itself is enough to never go back. On top of that, the food doesn't taste fresh, although there is a wide variety to try different things. It's a lot of work to cook all of the food for our group on a tiny grill, but at least the pots boil fast. All in all, for the money you have to put down, it's not a pleasant experience at this location

VERY DISAPPOINTED 😒 My boyfriend and I visited Hot Pot 757 in Henrico and left after only 15–20 minutes due to extremely poor service. Our server, Derek, spent more time on his phone than assisting us. He only came to our table about 2–3 times, each interaction lasting under a minute, and he often walked away while we were still talking—which he may not have noticed because he was already back on his phone. My boyfriend had never done hot pot or Korean BBQ before, so I asked for help understanding the menu. The explanations we received were rushed, vague, and dismissive. When I asked about broth flavors, spice levels, and ingredients, I was told it “wasn’t important” because seasoning is done at the bar, which did not actually answer the question. Instead of helping, Derek suggested th

Stopped in here unplanned while in the area and I do wish we had come with more people to experience more of the meats and sides. (The whole table can share but portions are decently sized so we were full before trying everything. Only other thing I always forget is that Korean spicy has much more heat than regular spicy. I ordered one of the hotter soup bases and it was almost too spicy for me to enjoy and I like spicy food. Otherwise food and service were excellent.

I've eaten at the Hot Pot 757 on south side, where the service was much better. There, the server would explain everything to you beforehand -- important if you are bringing guests who haven't dined here before. At the Broad Street location, I asked the server to explain how the meal works, and all he said was that it's all you can eat. Not helpful to new customers like our friends. Also, a different employee kept interrupting us to change the BBQ burner, even when it was still cooking food. We asked her to come back to change the burner, but she did not understand English. This happened 5 times. Fortunately, however, the food was excellent.
