Jack's Stir Brew Coffee

Was walking through, stopped here and got the best cappuccino I’ve ever had in record time! Music was great, the employees seem like they’re having a good time and get along. The vibes were good but one guy in particular seemed all over the place and i think i could see it start to affect the teams morale. Other than that great coffee!

Hello Jack’s coffee! I have come to you for the last three years for the best hot chocolate in town! However, I think you all have changed the cocoa powder that you use and it does not taste the same. I think just happened in the last three months can you please change it back to the vendor that provided you with the Cocoa in the past. I know some Suppliers are cutting back on the chocolate that they put in products. This may be the case with the new powder please switch back thank you very much. The staff is always very nice and delightful.!

Fast service, great coffee, a wide selection of pastries and convenient location inside Metlife building. They are a bit too generous with matcha though, it came very intense, I think the proportion of powder should be less. Always clean tables and ample seating. I like that they have milk (dairy and non-diary) on the side counter - so you can add as much as you want to your coffee or tea. I wish thoughthey had coconut milk too.

The cashier was unprofessional and don’t know what he does. Company needs to give them trainer about “how to work/handle fast paced work environment” It shouldn’t be that hard. 9/9/25- at 8:55am — Cashier.

Refreshing coffee, and easy to order ahead in Google map. Price is slightly more reasonable than Starbucks
