James Weldon Johnson Community Library

This library is a hidden gem. As you wander through, the stacks seem to keep going and going...and then there are more, tucked around a corner! A beautiful wall mural lends a feeling of fun and learning to the sunny central space. (Also, plenty of trees shade the parking lot.)

first of all, support your local library!!! the librarians here are so nice and knowledgeable. I love to go into this collection with zero expectations because I always find something new. Plenty of parking and reallly a beautiful area. I love this library!

Not a bad library, very chill vibe and you can set and charge your stuff as long as your quite and bring respectful

Conveniently located in my neighborhood next to the Enoch Davis Center. Has parking. Has a decent collection of K-12 books which helps with my tutoring business. Has Convenient labels for books on black history, and has a nice Florida collection. There's a lot of local history in these books. As a native of Pinellas, it's greatly appreciated.

I just love this Library branch! I could walk there if I needed to which is so wonderful. We are so fortunate to have the James Weldon Johnson branch in the hood. The Staff are courteous and knowledgeable and, always pleasant . They treat the kids like they belong there, and that, above all is very important to me. I was the Director of Children’s services at a library and the kids are our salvation!!!!
