Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online for pickup. The order was ready on time but now I know why. When I got to my destination I found that only three of the four sandwiches I ordered were in the hermetically sealed bag. I called the store to let them know and they told me the sandwich was sitting there. It’ had already been about a half hour and would be 45 minutes until I got back there to get my food so I requested a fresh sandwich and the employee agreed to make one. He threw in one cookie for my trouble. I go back, get my sandwich, and find that it is on old, stale bread. It literally cut my mouth and gums to shreds. My kid ate the cookie and I’m spitting blood.

I have never seen this restaurant look so inhabitable! I live in the area and my husband and I come here often.. sometimes I order his lunch for pick up. I can’t imagine ever ordering food from here again without being here to make sure I’m not served this garbage

I just want you to know that Arwin and Kaiser are two of the kindest people that you have working for you. I have met Arwin two times now and her customer service is consistent. Today was my first time meeting Kaiser and he is also top tier. Because of those two I will continue to patronize this location.

Where’s the beef? I could barely taste the minuscule amount they put on an $11 Philly. Definitely not recommended.

Let me start by saying Jersey mikes as a whole is fantastic. My employees and I eat JM more than 95% of customers, so I know it’s a good company with good food. With that being said, this location couldn’t represent the brand more poorly if they tried. This location is frequently dirty, the sub station is EXTREMELY sub par, and the staff is by far the worst I’ve ever come across. I know the owner of some of the other local JM’s and they’re FAR superior.. please don’t let this horrible location steer you away from JM. With that being said, it should NOT take 3 people and 25 minutes to get the bill correct. Initially overcharging, then undercharging, and ultimately overcharging once again. The beauty of ordering JM as much as I do? I can go right in the app & see what it should cost based
