Jersey Mike's Subs

This Jersey Mike's is about as good as any other location in terms of food (I really like it lol) but the service here is weirdly exceptional. Maybe I am so used to people being rude or not speaking English but the people here work super effectively and actually enjoy making small talk while doing it. The cute short light skin girl with the long black hair, never got her name, but was super nice and sociable. It really should be standard for places like this to have that kind of service. I even commented on that in the moment because it caught me so off guard. Wish the best for this location.

I am so genuinely impressed by this Jersey Mike's location. Kristen and her team went absolutely the extra mile for a last minute large order for an entire wedding party this past Saturday morning and even going so far as to include an extra note for the bride along with a sweet treat. The level of attention to detail and intentional care put into every single sandwich did not go unnoticed. Not one sandwich had anything wrong, it was clear when I walked in how carefully they were making the sandwiches and ensuring everything was put together the way it was ordered. I was so taken aback by the fantastic attitudes of the staff which tells me their owner loves her employees and takes good care of them. My kids really love this place, but I had a less than stellar experience. We ordered our sandwiches amidst a flurry of sandwich-making activity, and my 5-year-old acting rather wild. I know that I ordered my cheesesteak bowl without cheese, but she didn't note it down, and I failed to notice on the read-back. So, I got home to a bowl I couldn't eat. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, and they said they would remake it. We had already been running late for lunch, so it was about 3:30 when I returned to the restaurant completely famished. The gal at the register took it upon herself to explain that it wasn't company policy to remake a sandwich when the order was read back in person, but she begrudgingly accepted my bowl to remake it. We visit this location a lot and every time the employees and food are always great. But I wanted to give an extra shout out to Ryan who was above and beyond pleasant. We ate there and the whole time we were there he greeted every single person the second they came in and carried on a different conversation with each customer so it didn't come off like a script. He was kind and genuine to each person and made the experience that much better. 10/10 for Ryan!

Bread was old and hard. I ordered a brownie and they gave me an old cookie, I understand they might have ran out of brownies but there is a $2 difference between a brownie and 1 old cookie. Horrible.
