Josie’s Bakery

Wow!!! Been looking for a great bakery in the area and this place is it. Unbelievable selection, it’s been hard to even find anywhere that does lemon squares anymore and they have huge ones! ALSO….best most unique desert I’ve ever had, this hazelnut mousse creation tasted EXACTLY like one of those Ferro Roche gold wrapped chocolates…..incredible!!!

My mom and I are in town from Ca., and we are huge bakery pastry people. In my search for some yummy foods, i came across Josie’s bakery. Today we stopped in and bought a variety to sample, vanilla cupcake with strawberry, a lobster tail which is flaky pastry with an Italian meringue filling, a blueberry turnover, chocolate chip pumpkin muffin, a snicker doodle, an m&m cookie and a peanut butter with Reese’s pieces, a cinnamon roll, a apple strudel type pastry…everything was on point! Our tastebuds were in heaven. Each baked good had great flavor, true to these home goods treats most grew up enjoying. It felt like grabbing from moms and grandmas cookie jar and counter top. I’d be in big trouble if I lived near by!

We used Josie’s Bakery for our wedding cake and cupcake order, and they were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were extremely responsive to all communication and so easy to work with. They even accommodated our daughter’s dairy allergy without any issue, which meant so much to her! The cupcakes and cutting cake were beautifully designed — exactly what we had envisioned — and they somehow tasted even better than they looked! We couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend Josie’s Bakery for any special occasion.

We got a beautifully decorated small 6 inch cake the decoration was beautiful but it had more filling/icing than actual cake.. and the cake was a bit dry. The price was 60 dollars. I understand the outside needs lots of decoration but the inside was mostly filling than cake. Left the first picture for reference on how thick the inside filling was .Beautiful decoration but nearly any cake. The costumer service is five stars !

We had Josie’s Bakery over 100 cupcakes and our wedding cake a month ago, and they were a huge hit! The service is excellent, and the baked goods are delicious. We always look forward to our next visit. Thank you for being the best bakery and for serving such delightful desserts!
