Kelseys Original Roadhouse Niagara Falls

We came here on a Monday around 3-4pm, there wasn’t many diners present so the noise level was very minimal, music was good, lighting was easy on the eyes. We came for a birthday and they made that experience amazing. We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the 5oz bacon wrapped steak both with fries. Our food came in hot and met our expectations amazingly. My steak was very juicy and cooked to a perfect medium, the fries were hot crunchy but soft inside. Her sandwich was very filling and fresh. She ordered an alcoholic drink which neither of us remember the name but were pleasantly surprised and impressed by it, no overpowering alcohol frozen fruits at the bottom, right amount of ice. Really disappointed this time coming here. The service was was so terrible and lack of staff on a long weekend. 25 minutes waited to be seated and they forgot about us waiting on the side of the bar. Waited 20 minutes for a waiter to come to take the order. 30 minutes later the food came with partial order only and got charged for it. The server was too slow on doing things and didn't take the order properly and I still tipped them well for working on Valentine's Day. Got billed for a food i didn't get and paid for it too...not point waiting any longer here. I wouldn't recommend coming here on a long weekend... not enough staff..sad.

The food was tasty. We had loaded Nachos. My drink was the Peach breeze, I didn’t get any liquor taste in it. The Beerita was good though. The staff were caring. The vibes are good. They don’t take reservations but there were no waiting time on Saturday night.

A good family restaurant. Lots of choices for adults and children. Reasonably priced. Upon arrival seated right away. We just came to the table with a one minute for our beverages. Decided on chicken Parmesan with tomato sauce and crunchy mac & cheese. Food came out rather quickly. Chicken Parmesan was like a large fried piece of chicken and the tomato sauce was very peppery, but still had a good taste to it. The mac & cheese had a spiral kind of pasta, which was nice. Could’ve done without the garlic bread as it had no flavor. Probably would not order the same dishes but they were good, not spectacular. What I would expect at a Niagara Falls restaurant. Would come back.

No reservation required. The food is incredible—best nachos we’ve ever had! My dad loved the salmon, and the blue cheese pasta was amazing too.
