We drove past and saw the special - a leg and a thigh and a side for 4.99. We asked for 2 legs instead but there’s no substitute allowed. The thigh is really SMALL. the chicken pieces don’t have much batter and they don’t taste like KFC somehow. The pieces are extremely small. The biscuit is very dry. Overall the meal is not tasty. I won’t return to this location again.

I was at this location today a little after 2. The chicken is dry and old! There is a law in ny. You should probably start following it! The chicken definitely exceeded its hold time should have been thrown away! I paid 44 bucks for garbage! Thanks again kfc!! It will now be quit a while before I return to your location!

I’ve gone to this KFC for more years than I can remember and never had an issue until the past year or so. I’m not sure if they have new management, workers, or what is going on there, but the food has gone WAY downhill. The last two mashed potato bowls had chicken that was chewy (like not fully cooked chewy), then today I got a chicken sandwich that almost broke my damn tooth because it was literally so hard from sitting under the heat lamps that I had to use my back teeth to bite it all the way through. It tasted burnt and was completely inedible. Had to throw it out. I’m not one to leave reviews like ever, but they really need to do better. Staff were very friendly!

needs attention. The food I received was old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was rubbery, the sides were cold, and it felt like no care was put into the order at all. On top of that, the workers were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were a bother instead of a priority. The service was rushed, and no one even tried to fix the issue when I mentioned it. This location needs serious improvement—or it should be shut down until it’s cleaned up and staffed with people who actually care about customer service and food quality. I will not be returning until changes are made.
