KFC

I’m giving them 5 stars for now. The reason why for now is because it’s been 2 months and they still have no heat. I don’t know if it’s a tactic to keep people out or they really don’t have heat. Lol.. One day I walked in and it was somewhat room temperature. But as I was eating I noticed it was getting colder and colder 😂. Never had a problem there, food always hot and fresh and customer service is always friendly. I just find the heat/AC suspicious. Lol

The chicken tasted like the grease was old. I got two sides of macaroni and cheese one looked fresh the other one looked DAYS OLD. The inside of the restaurant smelled horrible, the floor was sticky the kitchen had trash on the floor and standing water which is unsanitary because it draws bugs. When I ordered my food I was in the drive thru, I was told I had to reverse my car so I would not be sitting in front of the window after my payment was processed. That is what prompted me to go inside because I wanted to see what was going on. AND TO MY DISAPPOINT THE ESTABLISHMENT IS POORLY KEPT, SMELLS HORRIBLE, AND had several health code violations i.e making food with no gloves.THE KICKER WAS they have signs posted saying they "NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS, THEY WILL REMAKE YOUR ORDER WITH A SMILE"

Placed a mobile order for pickup at 0832 PM, showed up at 0900 PM, only to be told they were just putting chicken on and I'd need to wait another 15 minutes. The store employees behaved as if the only thing they cared about was making sure the store got cleaned and hour before closing and they couldn't even be bothered with supporting their paying customers. They've possessed this attitude for awhile now and I've personally witnessed them do this to other customers as well over time. This needs to stop before you find yourself losing sales and not understanding why.

This location almost never has crispy chicken ready to go & is almost always out of something. They have a horrible habit of wanting you to either back up off their sensor or to sit & wait in the parking lot for your food so their times look good. I'm telling you right now, if you ask me to do either then you better throw in free food, drinks or chicken because their issues doing this started wayyyyy before COVID lockdowns & they have never gotten better with their service times. Their food is standard KFC level food so they get 5 stars for that, but service they don't even deserve a zero. If someone from corporate sees this just know that it didn't start with the current management, but it better end with the current management.

I refuse to come back to this KFC due to the service. I normally have decent customer service here, but today, I'm really disappointed and will no longer come back. Instead of explaining to me the first time that the wedges weren't ready, the cashier told to pull back my vehicle. Then I felt bad because someone was behind me and I pulled up I tried to explain that another person was behind me and the young man got an attitude. I refuse to go back to this KFC ever again! I don't tolerate disrespect.
