Kolache Factory

These little puffs of bread are heavenly. We got the jalapeno popper, the sausage and gravy, sausage, cheese and jalapeno and the chicken enchilada. All were so very good. We even got a Korean croissant to go. Yum. Would highly recommend.

Today is Tuesday, January 20, 2026 and it is my first time eating here after hearing several good reports about this place. I, too, echo loudly that it is good indeed! I ordered one BBQ Brisket and one Chicken Florentine Croissant to-go, both items were packed with flavor, and the bread was delicious. I was blessed by how clean the restaurant (eating area/restrooms) was and their reasonable prices. Lord willing, I hope to visit again and most definitely refer your business to my family and friends.

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat before heading to the airport. We got 4 kolache’s (3 savory and 1 sweet) and they were all delicious. We bought a Korean bbq beef, spinach and cheese, egg and sausage, and a cream cheese kolache’s. The staff was super friendly and easy to chat with. The dining area was clean and looked comfortable for enjoying your meal even though we didn’t eat ours at the restaurant.

My family tried a few things on the menu, such as the pulled pork, cinnamon bun, cherry type danish and the bacon egg cheese Kolache. Everyone enjoyed what they got, if you're considering going here, I feel it's worth checking out. Friendly service as well.

These are so good. There are so many varieties. As someone who tries to avoid fried foods, this is such a healthy breakfast or lunch option. My favorite are the chicken florentine and the Korean bbq. The breakfast sausage gravy one is great. You can’t go wrong here.
