Overall, pretty decent. The staff member who took our order and made our drinks was very friendly and informative. Party of five who all ordered different boba drinks. The drinks were good but verged on being a bit too sweet. Unless your sweet tooth is big, would suggest asking for less sugar. The pricing is pretty decent as all boba drinks come with one free topping of your choice.

Plenty to sit, out and in. Located next to a gas station so get a drink and gas up. It will take a few trips to try all the drinks but worth the effort. I only have had the teramasu. It was lighter then expected but this very good. It taste like ice coffee with chocolate flavor and Boba. Recommend for a hot day.

This place is SO cute!! I just moved to St. Augustine a few months ago, and wanted to find a lil coffee shop to hang out in every once in a while. I found this place and have been going once or twice a week easily. Their menu is HUGE and everything is so good every single time. 10/10 for consistency. The staff are incredibly kind and fun to talk to. Shannon and her husband are very friendly and love to chat with their patrons. I was there today and spent almost 2 hours yapping with Shannon! They have discounts for teachers, first responders, and veterans, which as a teacher, I LOVE. We need more small businesses like this in the area. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great selection of drinks, food, and ice cream! They have any type of drink and flavor you can imagine. The staff were very sweet and ultra helpful! Everything was clean and decorated super cute. I can’t wait to visit again and try all Kutie’s has to offer!!

From the moment I saw this place I knew i had to have whatever they served here ...I actually just got sweet tea and I will be back now for now on everytime I come this way thanks Hannah for your awesome customer service..
