Ordered a large platter with stew chicken food was raw told the workers and they refused to give me my money back.. only more food???? “They couldn’t open the register without the owner there” I called the cops and waited for them to come and then they were magically able to open the register to give me my money back.

Today I ordered food and I normally pay same price all the time. Today the owner decide to change the price at the last minute on Uber eats when I already paid and the money got taking out. I was charged $3 more that's not okay. Menu online and prices show what I have been paying from the beginning. Unprofessional. Information should have been updated prior.paid more for smaller portion also food taste old

My family and I stopped in one day as we were in the neighborhood. It appeared as if they were about to close but still let us come in to order. They also let us in with our pup. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. The food was great and I have been ordering from them ever since. My favorites are the pollo guisado y arroz con gandules and salad. The grilled tilapia platter is also good and well seasoned. The passion fruit drink although pricey, is the best I’ve ever had hands down. You must try them out!

We ordered stewed chicken and pernil (roast pork) worth white rice and bean sauce. *(Which was delicious)* We also received 2 small salads. Only probably was the salad was all shredded red cabbage. 2 thin slices of tomato and cucumber in each. No Lettuce! "UPDATE" I was informed that this restaurant's salad consist of red cabbage instead of lettuce. I did not know this.

I ordered by Uber eats and the entire order was incorrect and on top of that it had a long hair in the food… to make matters worse I contacted Uber eats and no refund is being issued
