La Mamma - Italian Gelato & Caffè

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff (owners?) are truly so kind. One of my visits they quite literally went across the street to buy milk to make us milkshakes. 10/10 service! The gelato is wonderful and I love that they can make shakes out of any flavor + will add toppings

Great gelato place. The service was pleasant (smiled) offered samples. The gelato was as good if not better than the one on Beach Drive and less expensive. Inside the place seemed bright and clean. Outside was slightly sketchy with a homeless person roaming around. Advice is to ho to Noble Tavern for lunch or dinner and have dessert st La Mamma.

In my country there was an ice cream shop similar to this one and I loved La Mamma, the flavors are very delicious, I went with some friends and we were able to try various flavors. The lady who attended us was very kind. I will definitely come back for my Stracciatella!!

We tried this place while on vacation and LOVED IT. We actually came back our 2nd night again. Absolutely delicious, the staff were very sweet and welcoming. The best crepes I have ever had. Incredible, to die for crepes. Peanut butter banana, ask for extra whipped cream because it's amazing. 10/10

I had to stop by La Mamma after lunch in the area, I didn't care how full I was. I am so glad I did! The gelato here is stellar! A small cup can be of a single or mixed flavor. I got the dark chocolate with just a bit of cookies and cream and it was heaven! The pistachio and espresso were also so good! Everything is hand made by the owner and it is worth every single calorie.
