Lappert's Super Premium Ice Cream - Sun City, CA

I was looking for things to try around town and found this place that boasts Date Shakes stating a must try while in town. I got one and it was good, not as thick as I was hoping but good flavor. However, on the sign I see they offer Mangonadas, one of my favorite drinks but also a Pinada; a Pineapple version with Dole whip. Now that is a must try. It's my new favorite drink. It's a great mix of sweet, sour and a bit of heat. Yummy. I also like the sprayers outside thir door to cool you off. A nice touch.

Maybe it was just this one item but, this was a fantastic experience. I got the Dole soft serve. And boy I tell you, this was the perfect blend of sweet but tasty. I would always get this from now on. The ice cream is good too.

Good selection on ice cream flavors. They also have shaved ice on their menu, along with other goodies to choose from. Service was good and fast. Ice cream flavors we got were okay, nothing special. It was a great treat for all the family during the hot summer days. There is plenty of parking available on the lot.

Very clean store with a fairly large assortment of ice creams. I have the regular size dole pineapple something. It was good taste like pineapple but it was a bit pricey at nine bucks for a regular size cup. The store is sanitized very well-maintained and the staff is friendly. They even help the woman that rolled up on her golf cart but couldn’t come in so they gave her curbside service. Very colorful a decorated.

I was so excited to see Lappert's near where I was staying. They've got a huge variety of flavors including ones I've only seen in Hawaii. I really enjoyed the shave ice with ice cream in the bottom and if you pay in cash you do receive a discount.
