Lift Bridge Coffee

A solid coffee or tea spot in the downtown area. The Vampire Kiss is my favorite drink, that name is so Tacoma ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just saying but it’s delicious. Their little kitchen is currently being renovated but I’m definitely looking forward to the breakfast sandwiches. For the mean time I recommend trying one of their very good pastries. One of the big perks of this place is that it’s right next to the “ballroom” located in Court House Square, which is a beautiful room and at times quiet.

A small Coffee Shop located at the lobby next to the Post Office and a restaurant in a historic building in Downtown Tacoma. It has lots of space to spread out, you will never feel cramped here. It has free Wifi and fresh cut, real flowers in vases, which is a rarity in Coffee shops. Lift Bridge Coffee has some.really delicious and unique flavored specialty Coffee and Tea drinks, with specialty Syrup made from scratch, in house. Such as Honey-Lavender, Orange Anise, Mint-Pink-Peppercorn... Some of them are seasonal, so try them while they are still in the Menu. My recent favorite, for the 2019-2020 Winter Season, is the Orange Mocha (Latte). Their current Manager (2018 - Feb 2020) is quite creative, besides doing all the Floral Arrangements for the shop, she comes up with these House-mad

No reliable WiFi and it’s in the courthouse building with limited seating options. I’d recommend going just to pick up a coffee but it’s not suitable for remote work or anything requiring WiFi.

I fell in to love with this amazing cafe on a business trip to Tacoma. This places more then earns five stars because of incredible coffee (I had a pour over which was amazing), great staff who took time to ask how my day was, and one of the best historical locations I have seen for a cafe. When in downtown Tacoma, visit and enjoy a visit at Lift Bridge Coffee.

Really cool place inside the post office building. Great drinks and food!
