Longhorn Saloon

I am so happy I found Longhorn Saloon! The drinks are perfect and the food is delicious. Shout out to the kitchen! The staff is friendly and they work fast. There is outdoor seating in the back looking over the slough. There are so many birds! I really love this place. Check it out, and bring a camera!

Great place to stop and eat going to or coming from Chuckanut Drive. I've been there several times and have not been disappointed. Very motorcycle friendly.

My coworkers have been raving about the wings here for years, so when I found myself in Bow-Edison this past weekend, I knew I had to go. Wings were delicious, but you'll only receive flats so if drumsticks are your thing, you'll be disappointed. They offer many flavors and heats, pairs well with a cold Rainier beer on draft!

Just a great long running little country bar/tavern in Edison that serves great lunch food when I go, especially their fish and chips. Only Ivar's is as good. An outdoor area overlooking the Slough and Skagit Valley where eagles soar. With lots of old and younger regulars for lunch. But warm to all. Edison is small and historic with a handful of family run small businesses,great little bakery, couple of bars including the Longhorn, and a few galleries. Unlike LaConnor, it's not yet totally touristified.

Oh shoot. I forgot to take photos!! We love this place!! Been coming for over 20yrs and it's still a great place!! Love the beer garden, the food, drinks and atmosphere!! Karaoke is fun, the staff is AMAZING and the only place I like to get wings!! The town of Edison is fabulous! A must explore on motorcycle or walking around! Lots of art, food and great people!! One of my favorite places in the summer time but also any time! And it's over an hour from my house!! The drive on Chuckanaut is the best!! Love it!!
