Marble Slab Creamery

I went there 9/23/25 around 1:30 with my 18 year old daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones there. My daughter got 2 samples and the 2 samples she tried tasted like they had freezer burn. She asked for a 3rd sample and the lady working rudely said "you only get 2 samples so this is your last" Which is crazy and not true! There is no sample limit especially when no other customers are even there at all. The lady also working was NOT wearing gloves and handed my daughter her cone and touched the cone with her bare hand. Will NOT be back to this location. Flower Mound has SO MANY ice cream shops and this one is not the one to visit

Customer service is impeccable, fun to have a conversation with and altogether a nice environment!

The store isn't bad. It's got a good selection of items and toppings. No issues with building or employees. Coffee ice cream, one vanilla with kit Kat chucks. I think the cups are a bit pricey though.

Ben was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived. We let him know we had a nut allergy in our group and he was super helpful in offering to layer the toppings with the icecream because he said “everyone deserves the marble slab experience” thanks again Ben for the A++ service!(:

I had trouble ordering a cake on the website for this location but I stopped by to place the order instead. The cake was wonderful! We loved it! I, personally, was reassured by the mask requirement sign on the door! 😷 Thank you!
