Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

An honest review. Not local. From Chicago where we take pizza seriously and are very critical. I ordered thin and crispy four meat with xtra cheese. I received a pizza that had no crispness whatsoever. I must commend them for it wasn't raw or gummy. Just not crisp at all. The toppings, sauce and cheese were great. Crisp means near the edge of burning. I'd order again and have to explain this. So it's good stuff. Cheesy Garlic Bread was perfect. Happy, yet slightly disappointed with crispy... I will post another review next timeI order. I believe it will be much better

I mobile ordered a sausage pizza, cheese sticks, and wings and it tasted nothing like the food used to, the pizza had little flavor and the wings didn’t have much seasoning on them at all, the cheese sticks were okay. I had horrible service and from the time I submitted my mobile order to the time I got my food it took 35 minutes. 20 of those minutes I was sitting in the drive thru just waiting, mind you the app said the food would be done in 15 minutes. They also forgot all the sauces that I paid for. I’m highly disappointed.

Absolutely abysmal quality of food, and customer service!!!! Had a long day at work… 2 hour drive home from the job. Wife wanted your wings, and I relented and picked them up on the way home. Get home to find your Sapulpa location can’t read an order ticket correctly and made the order completely wrong. Frustrated, but call your customer disservice number, tell them what happened, and that I want a refund because the order is completely wrong and now I have to figure something else to do for dinner. Do I get an apology? No…. Do I get an offer to remake and deliver the order immediately? No…. I can come pick up a new order or get a credit that will expire in 60 days if we don’t use it… as if I have any interest in patronizing a company with this low a standard for customers satisfac

Past 3 times, I've gotten horrible wings. The first time they weren't cooked enough and were soggy, 2nd time they smelled and tasted like they were leftovers that were reheated and the calzone was doughy. They regularly forget your ranch also. Update: tried them again after a very long time and once again... they failed us.

Had an 18 inch thin crust sausage pizza with 5 lemon pepper wings. The lady who took our order was really nice and helpful. The young lady who brought our food to the table was very courteous and made an extra trip for our ranch dressing for the wings. Very friendly. My only problem was when we got ready to leave there was a new lady behind the counter who saw us leaving but never said a word. I figured we should have been told "thank you" but nothing was said.
