Worst McDonald ever!! Stopped there because my kids were very hungry!!! The manager was terrible with attitude!!! I asked for two ketchup and didn’t want to give it to me!!! Thanks to MARCUS that helped me out! If it wasn’t for him , I still would have been waiting! What a bitter manager you have on the evening shift!!!! Thanks Marcus for your professionalism and assistance!! You rock!!! He should be the manager! McDonald does not value their customers! That’s why I always go to Chick-fil-a because they are always professional and care about their customers. I will never visit that McDonald’s again!!!

Worst McDonald's in the area I've experienced in a long time, by far. I'm sure it's fine when there isn't a problem but when there is the staff can't or won't communicate with the customer. 👎👎 A delivery order came through right before they were opening this morning. I arrived at 5:55am and the lobby was open. I gave both employees there the order # they said they hadn't gotten it yet because they are not fully opened until 6am. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting, I gave them plenty of time to get opened and get set up although that should have already been done long before 6am. I flag one of the employees I previously spoke with to check on how things are going. She said she didn't get my order. why wasn't I told this after they got the computer up 15min earlier since they k

One of the worst McDonald’s by far in the whole area. Check your order in the drive-through. Especially if you pull up to window to. That’s if you survive the long wait times at the drive-through line.

My boyfriend works at this McDonald's and I have not heard from him since 2 this morning. I haven't been there but I'm worried about the fact that they let their employees work for long hours.

I have a video that I would like to share with upper management. First off I had to wait to place my order every single time I come there which isn’t often because of the service. I drive around to window and I sit and wait and wait some more. Finally the nice young African American man did take my order . He asked me to pull forward again since I had already waited more then ten mins I said I’d wait where I was. The manager as she identified her self heavy set white girl yelled at me and told me move now. Of course I said no after o asked her who she was talking to! She began yelling at me so I returned the favor. I asked for my money back because at this point I didn’t want the food. She said she didn’t have my order but it literally takes 3:45 to cook fries and about 2 mins for reg meat
