Wendy's

Wanted to try new chicken tenders. They were small, tough and dry, and were unnaturally colored.

I come to this Wendy's occasionally and they had been pretty decent, until recently when I was yearning for their breakfast fries and a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin sandwich. Ordering was a little challenging as the girl taking my order didn't seem to understand I wanted large fries, but a small coffee with my order and she kept asking me to repeat what I wanted. I still ended up with large fries and a large coffee. The fries were excellent! But the sandwich, which looked fresh, was loaded with too much grease, it was actually dripping off when I picked up the sandwich and the sandwich itself was cool, the English muffin wasn't even toasted. I didn't finish it all, it wasn't very good.

No stars after my recent visit to the Wendy's on Warrenton road. My baked potato has a bug cooked on the top of the outside of the potato. The person preparing the food should have clearly seen the bug as they were cutting the potato. Tried to call Warrenton Road Wendy's all day Monday, no voice-mail or options to make complaint.

No more! I've had to return too many salads to this location due to old lettuce and cold chicken. Come on people it's lettuce! You can clearly see when you are making the salad that thw lettuce is no good. Just toss it already! I'm done!

When you walk into Wendy’s because you know they have great food, but are not even greeted by anyone…really makes you lose your appetite. Don’t waste you time or spend you hard earned money here. Whoever owns this franchise is obviously a joke of a company. Find somewhere else, where even when busy, they will acknowledge you standing there. Looked at 5 times by 2 employees and they continued on ignoring us and the 5 other guests standing there.
