McDonald's

Done with this place. Food is cold, patties are chewy, they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Want extra ketchup? Too bad because either there is barely enough or they put so much on it squishes into the wrapper and gets everywhere. And when that happens, no napkin. If they remember the ketchup or whatever, at all. Half the time the order is wrong and half the time the food is old. And they want to keep squeezing us for this garbage? Well, I'm done.

Do NOT order from here. I ordered a filet o fish and 10 piece nuggets. Something was off about the nuggets they were hard and rubber like. I called and asked if maybe they changed something the manager was frustrated that I called, she said" I'm going to get someone above me. Meanwhile I'm there listening; she created a whole fictional scenario. The "other" manager gets on the phone and offers to mail coupons. Mind you I ordered delivery. At this point I'm just gonna take my loss, because I was not being heard, its McDonalds you can't expect much. I ate my filet o fish and I have been vomiting profusely for the last two hours. Food poisoning at the best.

The food here is as you would expect it to be, I just feel the staff dont really care much about the customers as there is times you will be waiting 5-15 mins for them to just acknowledge you are even there. Besides that. The place is clean and has plenty of seating.

The wait time for drive thru was unacceptable. After 10 minutes thought I was going to get my order at the window and was told to park in stall and someone would be my order. Sat there for 8 more minutes. If I was in a hurry I would have left and lost my money. Only good part was food was hot. Lol

Update 2-6-2026 at 6:43pm. In a snowstorm at the drive-thru, only two cars, and I had to pull off to the side, and wait for my order. Unbelievable. I'm only rating the drive-thru. If there are two or more vehicles at drive-thru then every single time I order, and go to pick up the food at window I'm told to park in one of the waiting / reserved spots, where I have to wait five minutes or more. What is the problem waiting for your food at the widow? It's bad practice, and none of the other fast food restaurants do this. So if you only have a little time to grab some food, avoid this McDonald's because you may be late.
